We process all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Important:

If a valid tracking number is not provided within 5 business days of your purchase, you are automatically eligible for a full refund—no questions asked.

If you believe your tracking information is delayed or missing, please contact us with your order number and we’ll take care of it right away.

Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Refunds are only issued in the rare event that an item arrives faulty or damaged, and only if all conditions below are met:

Faulty Item Claims

To qualify for a refund, you must:


  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Submit a minimum of 2 clear, unedited photos showing the defect

  • Photos must clearly show:


    The full item


    The specific flaw or damage


Failure to meet any of these requirements will result in the claim being denied.

Approved claims will receive a full refund only. Replacements, partial refunds, or returns are not offered. We reserve the right to request additional evidence if necessary.

The following are not considered defects:


  • Minor variations in color, size, or finish

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear

  • Issues reported after the 24-hour claim window
